Things You Should Know Before Coming Off The Pill

Before going off the pill cold turkey it is SO important to prepare your body so that you can avoid any crazy symptoms after stopping 🙅🏻‍♀️


After stopping the pill, your body has some BIG adjustments to make. Some side effects of quitting the pill without healing your body first can be:

  • changes in your menstrual cycle

  • acne, cystic acne, rosacea

  • leaky gut & gut dysbiosis

  • changes in mood (depression, anxiety, & other mood symptoms)

  • changes in sex drive

  • cramping during ovulation
